Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island) Port Reviews

Beaches, sun-bathing, snorkelling etc - it’s all,there and looks good. It’s not my thing at all but I can appreciate when it’s well done. I took the tender to shore and walked thru the Princess controlled part of the island enjoying the scenery as well as a few drinks ( included with your Plus or Premier Package) and some (free) food. The water with its various shades of blue is well worth seeing as you travel from ship to shore.

Our island ferry and our purchased excursion were both cancelled. VERY disappointing as this was the thing we were most looking forward to. We got ZERO beach time.

Great snorkeling especially in front of the cabanas and between the cabanas and dock

The beaches are nice, the bbq was horrid as it was covered in fly’s. Just wait to eat back on board. The drink package does work on the island so that was a plus. We rented a clamshell, worth every penny.

We actually went to Bimini instead of Princess Cay. We took off on our own and went to a beach we had read about and had a lovely day.

So so… Princess Cays isn’t a spot I’d want to visit again. First, we were Zone 2 beginning at 09:30 and didn’t get off the water taxi until almost 11:00. Not a great start. Too much time wasted in this process. This was my second time here. Second, the showers barely worked for rinsing off sand and the drinks seemed watered down, so not a desired destination of mine.

Beautiful private beach ⛱️. Extremely hot. Please stock up on sunscreen. Be sure to reserve the clamshell seats and umbrella. There is no shade. Open to the direct heat.

The areaa is beautiful. However, You are shuttled by boat to the island and you have to pay extra for umbrella and you cannot use thedrink/soda packages on the island.

Did no excursion, but they all looked subpar to other ports. The food was horrible. If you skip this, you miss nothing

Since this is Carnival private island, Carnival had a bbq buffet set up. There was also entertainment, shopping, bathrooms, and showers.
