I thought I was in HEAVEN here. The weather was absolutely perfect, the water temperature was a dream. Since I was about 6 weeks out of some major surgery, I rented a bungalow for $199, worried that the heat/humidity might be difficult for me. However, there was no need to worry. The bungalow was nice to have, very tiny inside, but a couple of times, the AC was welcome. No excursions here -- the kids rented paddleboards and tried that out. Hubby and I enjoyed the floating loungers that came with the bungalow.

This port is definitely great for a beach day. Free chairs, umbrellas, and lunch. A beautiful beach with great snorkeling.

Beautiful island. Not my favorite private island but very nice. The only thing that sucked was having so many rocks in the water. I didn't mind it much but kids and even an older couple I witnessed had a hard time with the rocks. The lunch that was served was delicious. No problems with flies like many people have commented about. Maybe we were there on a good day. Who knows but overall, it was a great island.

Liked the little island. One thing would change is the gentleman from the ship who was playing music on the island was playing the same music we heard on the ship. I talked to a few people and we agreed that we would have rather heard island music, not what we hear at home. I'm 60 and would have rather heard Bob Marley, some Reggae music. Make me really feel I'm somewhere else.

A short shuttle ride from the ship. The food is prepared by the ship staff and was very good. Nice beach and an area to snorkel. The fish were beautiful. A relaxing day.

Gorgeous beach and clear water - we didn’t book any excursions, but it was still a nice day on the beach and really convenient that most shops on the island link up to your room account

We son and I had a wonderful time. I thought the food was great. You will need water shoes...I think the sandles that velcro on tight...because the "shoes" where so full of sand and it made my feet raw. I had to pull them off and turn them inside out and rinse multiple times. Someone told us that when we got to this excursion, we should upon arrival, turn right instead of following the masses to the left...they have the same stuff provided for the guest, but without all the touristy shops. Food and things are provided on the right as well. They said their beach had hardly no one on it. A little more peaceful. The water was so beautiful. I would go back and stay if I could.

Beautiful island with things to do from shopping with your cruise ship sail card only. This island also has a private area for up and close of sting rays. Carinval provides lunch on this island included bar extra. There is a pool and play scape the little ones.
