The ship is beautiful and that beauty is skin-deep. Public areas are cramped. Little room to sit. Small pool area. Despite multiple venues, included dining is mediocre and monotonous, no doubt a marketing ploy to force passengers into the extra cost restaurants. Small balconies. Crew is very attentive and friendly. NCL customer service is indifferent and borders on the deceptive.
