This was our fourth Holland America Cruise, the ship is very dated and without the amenities of some of the newer ships. There didn't seem to be enough staff to keep up with the passengers. Our state room was never cleaned before noon and the dining room staff while very nice, was totally understaffed. Worst service of any of our Holland America cruises.
