Help! Where is best place to park at Port of San Diego for Carnival cruise lines? Will need handicap parking and guessing shuttle service.

I think this is your best bet:

They have shuttles to/from airport and to/from cruise terminal.
The cruise terminal is very close to the airport and this parking lot is in between the two.
I think there is a very small long term parking lot in between the cruise piers but I wouldn’t bother.
Also many hotels in the area will let you keep your car in their parking lot during the cruise if you’re staying at the hotel before your cruise.
