I have seen many complaints about delays at the Canada Place cruise port, oddly enough, never about Royal Caribbean. However, by forcing the Mobile Check-in, it SHOULD alleviate most of delays with the boarding process.
We have used the Mobile Check-in for our last 3 cruises, and the process, IMO, is much faster and smoother than the "old way" of standing at the counter for 10-20 min, and processing that way.
