Here's the short blurb from CruiseMapper's news section:
A grand reopening was held on Saturday, February 10, of the busiest cruise ship terminal in North America.
With the grand reopening of Carnival’s cruise terminal, passengers can now enjoy a park setting. Previously, Carnival used part of the “Spruce Goose” dome. However, with the expansion the cruise line will use 100% of the space.
