Does anyone one know where to go to make payment for the cruise already booked? Deadline by end of March of 2024. I was told that I could make payment on Cruiseline.com website but didn't find anything.

Time to start rattling the agents cage and make them earn their commission. The booking agent, IMO is who you should be dealing with. Anything less and you have the wrong agent.

The Agent booked through Cruises Only, partnered with Hilton Grand Vacation. However, my account does not exist on the Cruises Only site, only show up on Celebrity site and Cruiseline.com site.

Used HIlton Grand Vacation contact (Cruise) and they booked through Cruises Only.

As you booked through CruisesOnly then that is where you need to pay.

It all depends on how you initially booked your cruise. If you booked through a TA, my understanding is that the payments are made through them, but if you booked directly with the cruise line, then the payments are made directly to the cruise line.

IMO - you MUST have made a down payment. However you paid for the down payment, you 'should' be able to make additional payments.
ALSO - IMO - go to the particular booked cruise website. THEY will ALWAYS take your money.
