drink pakage on costa favolosa?

Hi , is anybody bought the drink pakage on costa favolosa? They are charging us 75 euros for a child ?is it worth it? Any other advises we will cruise on June. thank you

We are living on June 3 rd from savona Italy for a western Mediterranean cruise.
