Does anyone have experience with annual travel insurance for frequent cruises?

I'm planning multiple cruises this year (already have 3 booked) and I'm trying to figure out if annual travel insurance makes more sense than buying individual policies.

Has anyone tried annual multi-trip insurance? What was your experience like?

I found one that seems almost too good to be true with a 70% discount, but I'd love to hear others' experiences before committing. Especially curious about:
- How claims processing went
- If there were any coverage gaps you discovered
- Whether it actually saved you money
This is the one i'm looking at for reference = Trip Protection Annual Multi-Trip | Seven Corners

I haven't had to file any claims so I can't tell you how great a choice I made, but I chose an annual policy from Nationwide that kicks in any time I travel more than 100 miles from home no matter the method.
