Allow any ship to be added
Since you'll never figure out all the ships that people might cruise on, add the ability to add any cruise. Even my upcoming cruise on Uniworld's River Queen, the top-rated ship in Europe, can't be added to my Future Cruises. The next after that will probably be either an Alaskan Dreams or Inner Sea Discoveries ship, none of which can now be added.
