We were celebrating our 50 years of marriage. We had a lot of trouble with customer service from the front office staff. They really didn't respond to our needs in a timely manor. We had no problem with our cabin stewards at all. They were great! We paid for our 50th renewing of our marriage vows ahead of time, but when we asked when will have the service, they never gave me a straight answer. We finally got a note on our door. I must say that when it took place, everything was wonderful.There were many things that happened, but this was the most important to us, and  the main reason why we went on the cruise.
