We enjoyed cruising through the Panama Canal, but due to a totally booked ship, the service at breakfast and dinner did not meet our expectations. It took far too long to get our meals and sometimes the food was not hot. We have enjoyed the turkey burgers by the pool on previous Eclipse sailings, but Infinity ran out after the first week. Also boarding the ship after the excursion at Columbia was a horrible experience, it took over 45 minutes standing in line.
