Royal Caribbean Announces Series of Short Cruises for 2024-2025 Season
Royal Caribbean has announced that it will offer a number of short cruises on eight ships for the 2024-2025 season. Sailings will depart on weekends and midweek dates, from ports in Florida, Texas, and California.
For the first time ever, Royal Caribbean will offer short cruises on one of its Oasis-class vessels. It will homeport Allure of the Seas in Port Canaveral for 3- and 4-night Caribbean cruises. Also as a first, the line will homeport Mariner of the Seas from its new net-zero cruise terminal in Galveston.
These short sailings will vist a wide range of destinations in the Caribbean as well as the Mexican Riviera. Select itineraries will visit the cruise line’s private destinations of Perfect Day at CocoCay (Bahamas) or Labadee (Haiti). Other sailings will stop at Puerto Plata, Roatan, Puerto Vallarta, and more.
Following are the itinerary details of the eight Royal Caribbean ships offering short sailings for 2024-2025.
Year-Round 2024-2025 Short Getaways Highlights
- Allure of the Seas – Sailing 3- to 4- night Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral and Miami. Allure of the Seas will sail to the Bahamas and Perfect Day at CocoCay from Port Canaveral until July, and then will reposition to Miami for the remainder of the year.
- Independence of the Seas – Independence will sail 5-night Western Caribbean and Perfect Day at CocoCay cruises, and 4-night Eastern Caribbean sailings that visit Labadee from PortMiami.
- Mariner of the Seas – Sailing from Galveston, Texas, Mariner of the Seas will offer 4- and 5- night Caribbean escapes with visits to Costa Maya and Cozumel.
- Navigator of the Seas – Sailing from Los Angeles, Navigator of the Seas to offer 3-, 4- or 7-night cruises to Catalina Island, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Ensenada and Mazatlan.
Seasonal 2024-2025 Short Cruise Highlights
- Enchantment of the Seas – Sailing from Tampa, Florida, Enchantment of the Seas will sail 4- or 5-night cruises to Cozumel and Costa Maya. 7-night cruises will visit Roatan, Belize City, Cozumel, Costa Maya, and Perfect Day at CocoCay. .
- Grandeur of the Seas – Grandeur of the Seas will sail 4- and 5-night cruises from Tampa and Fort Lauderdale, visiting Cozumel, Perfect Day at CocoCay, Labadee, and Puerto Plata.
- Liberty of the Seas – Sailing from Fort Lauderdale, Liberty of the Seas to offer alternating 3- and 4-night getaways to the Bahamas, with stops at Perfect Day at CocoCay and Nassau on every cruise.
- Voyager of the Seas – Sailing from Port Canaveral, Voyager of the Seas will sail 4- and 5-night winter Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises to the Bahamas (including stops at Perfect Day at CocoCay and Nassau), Cozumel, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and Labadee.
