Norwegian Cruise Line Opens Bookings for New 2026 Cruises in Europe
Norwegian Cruise Line has opened bookings for newly-announced 2026 spring and summer cruises. The upcoming season will feature sailings in Europe, the South Pacific, the Caribbean, New England/Canada, and other fascinating destinations around the globe.
Among the features of NCL’s future season is feature port-immersive sailings in Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, and the Greek Isles on eight ships. NCL will offer more seven-day itineraries throughout Europe with many voyages with limited or no sea days. Select seven-to-14-day sailings will include overnights in popular destinations like Reykjavik, Copenhagen, and Istanbul. A total of 22 overnights in Europe will be offered in the coming season.
NCL will offer 11 unique embarkation ports in Europe for 2026 across 10 different European countries. New for the brand will be Helsinki as a homeport, as well as port calls in Portree, Scotland; Leirvik (Stord), Norway; and Palamós, Spain.

Following is a look at the 225 new and available sailings from NCL for the 2026 spring/summer season by region.
Northern Europe
From June through October 2026, Norwegian Sun will offer Baltic cruises with seven- to 10-day sailings from Copenhagen or Helsinki. These cruises will visit a port nearly every day, with stops in Norway, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Sweden, and more. On select nine-day voyages from Helsinki, Norwegian Sun’s itinerary includes an overnight stay in Copenhagen.
Norwegian Sky will commence its second Europe season on April 19, 2026, with four unique seven-day open-jaw sailings to the Northern Capitals embarking in Le Havre and Copenhagen, with an overnight stay in Hamburg and visiting Zeebrugge, Tilbury, and Ijmuiden. The vessel will then cruise a series of 10- and 11-day British Isles voyages from May through Sept. 2026, where NCL will make its debut in Portree, Scotland on its May 17, 2026 sailing.
Travelers looking to take advantage of the long hours of summer daylight in Iceland can embark on one of Norwegian Star’s 10- or 11-day Extraordinary Journeys between May and September 2026, embarking in Reykjavik or Southampton. During the May 21, 2026 voyage, NCL will cruise to Leirvik (Stord), Norway for the very first time. Norwegian Star’s 11-day Iceland sailings include an overnight stay in Reykjavik.
Mediterranean and Greek Isles
Beginning April 2026 and through October 2026, Norwegian Viva will cruise nine and 10-day Western Mediterranean and Greek Isles voyages. A selection of Greek Isles cruises include an overnight stay in Istanbul. Norwegian Viva’s itineraries will visit ports in Turkey, Malta, Italy, Greece, Montenegro, and Croatia. Sailings are open-jaw, with embarkation/disembarkation ports of Barcelona, Venice, Istanbul, and Rome.
Norwegian Epic to sail seven-day Western Mediterranean cruises, with open-jaw voyages to and from Barcelona and Rome (between May 2026 and October 2026. Port calls include Nice/Monaco, Marseille, Messina, Salerno, and late-night departures from Livorno.
Norwegian Dawn will sail port-intensive open-jaw cruises between April 2026 and October 2026 from Barcelona and Lisbon. Ports of call include late departures from Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza, as well as port visits to Portimao and Gibraltar.
Norwegian Gem will begin its Europe season on May 10, 2026, sailing from Barcelona. This voyage will include the line’s first-ever stop in Palamós, Spain, known for scenic hiking paths and beautiful beaches. Norwegian Gem will also call for the first time in Salerno, Italy and Nice/Monaco (Villefranche), France. Following this sailing, the ship will then embark on a series of cruises to/from Venice and Rome with no sea days, calling on Greece, Montenegro, and Croatia.
Norwegian Pearl to sail seven-day Greek Isles voyages from May 2026 through October 2026. Cruisers can choose from itineraries that feature late departures in Santorini, Mykonos, or Dubrovnik. Embarkation and disembarking ports for these voyages on Norwegian Pearl alternate between Venice and Athens.
Caribbean and Canada/New England
NLC to offer seven-day cruises on Norwegian Escape to the Western Caribbean from New Orleans between April 12, 2026, through May 10, 2026, and then Caribbean sailings from Miami
between May 24, 2026, and Aug. 9, 2026. Itineraries visit Cozumel, Costa Maya, Roatán, and Harvest Caye. Come fall, Norwegian Escape will head north to offer a selection of seven-day roundtrip Canada & New England voyages from New York City between August 2026 and October 2026. During her Aug. 28, 2026 sailing, the ship will call to Boston for the very first time.
South Pacific and Alaska
From April 22, 2026, through July 3, 2026, and Sept. 17, 2026, through Nov. 17, 2026, Norwegian Spirit will offer open-jaw South Pacific sailings of 11- and 13-day voyages. These cruises will call on New Caledonia, Samoa Islands, French Polynesia, and the Hawaii islands. Guests have a variety of embarkation ports to choose from including Sydney, Papeete, Honolulu, and Lautoka, Fiji (a new embarkation port for this ship).
For travelers looking for a dream cruise exploring both Alaska and Hawaii, NCL will offer its “Fire and Ice” voyage on Norwegian Spirit. This 16-day sailing (July 15, 2026 - Sept. 1, 2026) departs from Honolulu or Vancouver, and visits bucket-list destinations like Kahului (Maui), Hilo, and Nawiliwili (Kauai), Hawaii, then heads to Alaska for stops in Ketchikan, Skagway and Juneau.
