Norwegian Cruise Line has unveiled new details about the onboard experiences and expanded venues coming to Norwegian Aqua and Norwegian Luna. The first two vessels in the line’s cutting-edge Prima Plus Class are set to launch in April 2025 and 2026, respectively.

Both ships will feature the Company's first-ever Aqua and Luna Game Zone, expanded and redesigned activity spaces, and a redesign of the Mandara Spa and the Pulse Fitness Center.

"We provide our guests with more to do with a variety of fun, exciting and elevated experiences for every type of traveler," said David J. Herrera, President of Norwegian Cruise Line. "The two sister ships will introduce a brand-new venue to the fleet, the Aqua and Luna Game Zone, along with thoughtfully redesigned spaces and bringing back many more of our best-in-class offerings, beloved by our guests and inspired by their feedback. We look forward to our guests enjoying more of what they love on board and creating unforgettable memories aboard Norwegian Aqua and Norwegian Luna."

Norwegian Aqua and Norwegian Luna will feature the Aqua and Luna Game Zone, a reimagined version of NCL's Galaxy Pavilion and arcade offerings. The venue will have games and activities to appeal to every kind of guest, including virtual reality experiences such as Space Racing and Beat Hero, plus a mix of retro arcade games like Ms. Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and Down the Clown.

Both ships will have The Bull's Eye Bar, an innovative take on dart games, with a virtual component. Players can take aim at classic dart boards that feature added video-game-style graphics and automated scoring that are projected onto a big-screen TV. The activity is complimentary, with a space that will have a full-service bar so guests can indulge in hand-crafted cocktails while playing.

Tee Time, the Prima Class interactive minigolf area returns on Norwegian Aqua and Norwegian Luna, with two times larger courses than its predecessor ships at 12 holes across two decks of the ships. Also returning with popular guest demand are Pickleball Courts, with their own dedicated space separate from The Stadium.

Designed by world-class architects at the Rockwell Group, Mandara Spa and Salon and Pulse Fitness Center aboard Norwegian Aqua and Norwegian Luna will be reimagined to encourage serenity and rejuvenation. The spa once again features a two-story cascading indoor spa waterfall and a sleek marble staircase.

Guests can unwind in the brand-new Clay Sauna, an invigorating spa service that revitalizes the skin through detoxifying cleansing and gentle exfoliation, leaving the body refreshed and radiant. The thalassotherapy pool in the spa will feature all-new thalassotherapy loungers which promote relaxation, soothe muscle tension, and improve circulation. New to the Prima Class, IV Drip Therapy will be available.

Both vessels’ Thermal Suites will have twice as many heated loungers, so more guests to enjoy some calm and relaxation with expansive ocean views. Guest favorite thermal amenities including the charcoal sauna, ice room, salt room, and the flotation salt pool all return on each ship.

Pulse Fitness Center will have a new design with sleek decor and state-of-the-art workout equipment. Guests can opt to partake in workout classes including yoga, mat Pilates, cycling, stretching, and more.

Norwegian Aqua launches in April 2025 from Port Canaveral. The ship will sail seven-day Caribbean itineraries featuring calls to Puerto Plata, Tortola, St. Thomas, and Great Stirrup Cay. Following the ship's Caribbean season, it will offer five and seven-day voyages to Bermuda from New York City through October 2025, and then cruise five and seven-day Eastern Caribbean cruises from Miami for the winter 2025-2026 season.

On April 4, 2026, Norwegian Luna will debut from Miami sailing Caribbean cruises to Roatan, Costa Maya, Cozumel, and Harvest Caye. The ship will then sail seven-day cruises with calls to the Eastern Caribbean destinations of Puerto Plata, Tortola, St. Thomas, and Great Stirrup Cay.

Guests sailing on either of these new ships can take advantage of NCL’s new More At Sea offer that includes unlimited beverages, more specialty dining credits, additional Wi-Fi minutes, $50 shore excursion credits, free airfare for the second guest, and third and fourth guests sailing free on select cruises.
