MSC Cruises and Guinness World Records Announce Entertainment Partnership

MSC Cruises has announced a new entertainment partnership with Guinness World Records. Named the ‘Guinness World Records at Sea’ this new activities series will bring exciting family-friendly programming to select MSC Cruises ships. 

Guinness World Records at Sea activities will be available on MSC Seascape, MSC World Europa, as well as the upcoming ship MSC Euribia. Programming is set to include a number of family-friendly activities and thrilling new shows.

We’re always on the hunt for new and engaging concepts for our guests, Steve Leatham, Global Head of Entertainment of MSC Cruises. said This partnership provides unique and enriching entertainment at the highest level and we look forward to continuing to offer a dynamic range of exciting experiences for guests of all ages.”  

One of the new highlighted programs of this partnership will be the Records Show, a live version of the Guinness World Records tv show. Passengers, crew, and even the captain, will be invited to take part in official record-breaking attempts. 

Another highlight will be the Guinness World Records Family Quiz. Families will team up for live challenges and Guinness World Records video races to see if audience members can select the winner. 

 

Additionally, programming will include kids-focused challenges, quizzes, and educational shows. Trivia fans can learn more about some of the world’s most extreme records with the Guinness World Records Facts series. 

Any new record breakers from Guinness World Records at Sea will be verified by a Guinness World Records Official Adjudicator and awarded an official Guinness World Records certificate.
