Luxury hotels and resorts operator Four Seasons is expanding into the high-end passenger yacht experience with the launch of new brand, ‘Four Seasons Yachts’.

The venture is being brought to life by Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD (comprised of renowned luxury entrepreneurs Nadim Ashi and Philip Levine) along with leading shipbuilding group Fincateri Partners.

Four Seasons Yachts' first vessel was put in order this past July and is slated to be completed by the end of 2025. Two more vessels for the new brand will be put on order for a total price of $1.2 billion Euros.

"Four Seasons Yachts represents the next chapter of our long history of industry leading innovation, and a milestone moment for our company as we continue to capitalize on new opportunities to extend the world of Four Seasons," said Christian Clerc, President of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. "True vision rests in the ability to imagine the possibilities while always remaining loyal to one's values. Our vision for this new venture does exactly that. Together with our partners at Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD, we are creating something extraordinary that combines their expertise with what Four Seasons does best – delivering unmatched quality and excellence, surrounded by beautiful acts of service and love for our guests."

As travelers find with Four Seasons hotel and resort properties, Four Seasons Yachts’ ships will be highlighted by bespoke craftsmanship and fantastic guest services. The first (yet to be named) ship for the new brand will be 679 feet long and 88.6 feet wide, with 14 total decks. Tillberg Design will serve as the lead architect responsible for the exterior and guest suites, and Martin Brudnizki Design Studio will design public guest areas.

Spacious Accommodations

All 95 cabins on the ship will be suites, with a reported $4.2 million build cost each. The ship will offer nearly 50 percent more living space per guest than currently available of any luxury line on the market.

Accommodations will start at an average of 581 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space, with sixty percent of the vessel's inventory being in excess of 818 square feet of indoor/outdoor space.

Each suite will offer floor-to-ceiling windows, which will provide unobstructed ocean views and access to natural light. Accommodations will feature an extensive network of joining suite combinations, which can adapt to a villa-like combination.

The most expansive offering is to be named the "Funnel Suite". This suite will offer four levels with more than 9,601 square feet of combined indoor/outdoor living space, a private wading pool, and a dedicated private spa area.

Luxury Public Spaces

Restaurant, lounges, and bar spaces on Four Seasons Yachts vessels will echo other Four Seasons properties, and the brand’s history of culinary innovation and focus on guest experience. Venues have yet to be announced, however the brand’s official announcement has hinted at a cappuccino bar in the lobby, a sushi bar, and a Mediterranean-inspired eatery.

Four Seasons Yachts will include a full-service spa, salon, and gym facility with wellness programming. The yacht’s canoe-shaped aft will offer an expansive pool deck that will have the capability to become a space for public events and outdoor movies. This area will also transform into a transverse marina, an industry-first, for access to guests to enjoy the water/sunbathe.
