Shipmate Rolls Out Ship Review Search Feature

Planning your next cruise? Shipmate is making it easier than ever to use our thousands of member reviews to help you prepare for your dream vacation with a new review search tool. 

To help find the features and topics you want to know about, we’re debuting a new search function for our ship reviews. This tool is a helpful way to learn more about the exact topics you want to know about before you set sail. 

Have a question about a certain shipboard bar or pool? Interested in what to order at a specific restaurant? Use the ship review search function to find exactly the information you need. 

Here’s how to use the new Shipmate ship review search tool: 

1. Go to the exact ship page you want to search by selecting: Explore > Ship> Cruise Line> Ship. 
2. Select Reviews.
3. At the top of the screen under the ship’s review title you will see a search bar. Type a word or phrase which you would like to search within the review and then hit the Search button. For example, if you want to search for ‘Pool’, you will type ‘Pool’ in the search bar and then select the Search button. 
4. Any applicable results should show in the results.
