Customize Email Notifications on Shipmate

Are you receiving the latest cruise deals and advice in your Inbox from Shipmate and Cruiseline.com? If not, you are missing out! Get onboard now and stay in the loop with weekly free newsletters packed with cruise content and special savings. We’ve rolled out a new feature for all Shipmate users that makes it easier than ever to sign up and customize your email preferences. It’s never been easier to plan your next dream cruise! 

To select your email preferences from Shipmate follow these simple steps on both iOS and Android devices: 

1. Open your Profile page. 
2. Scroll and select ‘Email Notifications’. 
3. The Email Notifications preference center will open. From here you can select which newsletters you wish to receive from Shipmate and Cruiseline.com. 
4. Toggle on or off to subscribe to the following emails:

• Weekly Newsletter - Every Wednesday, we send out the best in cruise advice and deals to help you plan your perfect vacation.  
• Weekly Deals and Sponsored Emails: Never pay full price for a cruise again with deals up to 80% off! Get the latest prices on sailings from Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian and more, along with occasional special offers from our sponsors.
• Luxury & River Cruise Deals: Receive emails featuring special deals on luxury and river cruise lines such as Viking River Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Seabourn, AmaWaterways, and more.  

Customize Email Preferences on Android (L): Access the Email Notification center by visiting your profile page (R): Select the emails which you would like to receive and hit Save.

Customize Email Preferences on iOS (L): Access the Email Notification center by visiting your profile page (R): Select the emails which you would like to receive and hit Save.
