Looking for information about a cruise ship or a particular port? Get the answers that you need with Cruiseline.com’s ship and destination Q&A feature. 

When you submit any of your ship or port-related questions, our community will be there with the answers. You can get advice from fellow sailors who have sailed on the ships or visited the ports and can make great authentic recommendations. If you're knowledgeable about a ship or destination, we invite you to share your expertise and answer the questions from your fellow community members. Here’s how to use Cruiseline.com’s cruise ship and destination Q&A features. 

Ship Q&A

Go to the page of the ship on which you have a question and follow these steps: 

1. Click the Q&A selection at the top tab of the page. 
2. Type your question, hit enter, and select ‘Ask the Community’. Your question will appear on the page’s Q&A section where other members can respond. 

Port Q&A

Go to the page of the ship on which you have a question and follow these steps: 

1. Click the Q&A selection at the top tab of the page. 
2. Type your question, hit enter, and select ‘Ask the Community’. Your question will appear on the page’s Q&A section where other members can respond. 

Reply to a Question

Want to answer a question that a fellow community member has posted, follow these steps for both ship and port Q&A options: 

1. Go to the question which you would like to respond to and click the link by the ‘Q’. 
2. This will direct you to a reply page where you can answer the question and provide feedback to fellow members. 
3. After typing your reply, hit ‘Answer’ and your reply will appear.
