I have done several classica music theme cruises mostly p and o but also on a 12 night river cruise Moscow-st Petersburg which was more intense (all, the included excursions were to concerts /monasteries/palaces it seemed expensive but turned out to be extremely good value the company was noble Caledonia Have also done several music theme cruises with p and o (and one on Fred Olsen braemar. Also Jazz theme cruises on Norwegian and p and o Artemis The p and o music cruises tend to be more laid back and include a passenger choir which requires some commitment Nobody has yet mentioned 'sober' or "gratitude' cruises in this thread these are not 'dry ' cruises - more an opportunity for folk in any 12 step program to come together in an atmosphere of mutual support-cruises can be a very full on drinking environment and most ships provide a non-restrictive get together for folk in 12 step programs! I have also seen a sci- fi theme cruises country and western naturist antiques and gardening theme criuses to name a few Google is a good resource for 'theme cruises'
