Was overall a very nice cruise, but wish the weather would have cooperated for our 2nd day at CoCo Cay!

I was overall pleased with my cruise but knew things could have been better. I have cruised often with both Carnival and Royal Caribbean.y last cruise was almost 5 years ago. I had a great time and my boyfriend and our children did too (it was their first cruise.) The ship looked great and staff were constantly cleaning! The staff in the buffet areas always stopped and talked to my kids especially when they were being moody and they always tried to cheer them up. Our dining room staff were ok, had better but could have had worse. It seemed like they were annoyed but we all have good days and bad days. Our room guy was great and always made sure we had lots of towels and wash rags for us and our kids. Getting on the boat was a cluster mess. Hundreds of people shoved into a tiny section was terrible, which makes me never want to sail out of ft.lauderdale again. Getting off was smooth and fast. The fourth day on the boat they all of a sudden started asking if kids were in diapers and if so they couldn’t go in the pool or hot tub. My 19 month old was one of them. If they are going to enforce that rule they need to have another option for the kids who aren’t potty trained yet. And maybe even ask some of the adults to take bathroom breaks when they sit in the hot tub for 6 hours straight drinking 😂 anyways, we had a great time besides a few of the minor things!
