Great way to see Hawaii the first time

We recently celebrated our 25th anniversary with NCL on The Pride of Aloha. We are experienced cruisers, 12 plus. We found this cruise to have no frills and the service was poor. We expected this from reading reviews prior to booking. We still had a great time and found it to be a great way to sample many islands for the first time.

Nawiliwili, Kauai

Rent a Jeep or Convertable to enjoy the beauty here. Also went to a great luau

Kahului, Maui

A nice sporty convertable is the way to drive the road to Hana. I would suggest bringing a lunch, the food is sparce and very expensive.

Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

We ate at a local Japanese Restaurant, it was great. We even got 'Bentos" box lunches to go. Rental car agencies are quite far from the pier. Kona coffee is the bomb!!!

Hilo, Hawaii

The water falls here are wonderful. We went to Akita Falls, Rainbow Falls, Boiling Pots and Pe'epe'e Falls
