I was impressed by the cleanliness and the staff everywhere were wonderful. We made the mistake of not putting our kids in the Club Carnival at all during the cruise - it's not a great cruise for bringing kids unless you do the Club Carnival for them. We found the baby pool was VERY difficult to get to with a stroller - many stairs to negotiate - which made no sense at all. The food was very good. LOVED that they did photo shoots for family poirtraits - very affordable and they came out great - probably would never have gotten family photo if wasn't for this. If you have kids or are a big soda drinker - get the Fun Fountain Pass as soon as you get on the ship!! We didn't find out about it untill the 2nd day (there is SO MUCH information given it's easy to miss) - saves alot of money.
