While this story probably will not make the sources of many of your articles happy, it should be told. Recently I spent a good deal of time trying to put together the schedules for three couples to take a cruise. Trying to select destinations of interest to all was hard enough but the most difficult part was determining the length of the cruise and the dates. This being accomplished we made and received bookings on Holland America's Maasdam 01/05/08, cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale to the Southern Caribbean. We have been notified that HAL has chartered the entire ship to Jazzsea Cruises and our reservations have been canceled. This action simply to increase profits is deployable.
