The ship was beautiful. Our stateroom was surprisingly large & the bed was very comfortable. The dining room food & wait staff, were excellent. But the Buffets were uniformly - horrible. We had heard so much about how good the buffets were - that we should be prepared to gain weight - we'd be eating so much. NOT!! The food wasn't kept hot enough- the quality was not much better than a cheesy buffet restaurant. I was expecting to find an array of fresh fruit on board - NOT!! Wasn't until the last night that I even found a piece of pineapple. So disappointed in the buffets! Other ship staff for the most part - room service - laundry - guest services - were not at all helpful & even felt we were given the runaround at times.
