Very disappointing. And depressing. Was a challenge to get around because very little signage. DO NOT BRING US $$$. Why? Because at exchange, they impose a 13% penalty. Rate is 1$ to 1 CUC. But, 100$ gets you 84CUC. If you had any other currency, no penalty. So, cigars cost me that much more :-( Everything was run down, and kept. Stray cats and dogs everywhere, along with their feces all over the streets and sidewalks. Within 2 blocks of port, it was ok .. beyond that was harsh.
