The bars were crowded on the Dawn because they have entertainers (professional & guests) ouside the Stardust Room. Not so on the Gem. You have to find them in other areas of the ship. It's not easily accessible.
Your gambling casino is in dire need of proper ventilation. Those of us who don't smoke are unable to stay in there. In fact, it's nauseating just walking through to get to the show. The shops are not as large as on the Dawn, and the jewelry is not marketed properly. There s no movie theatre, and the movies on TV were from the year 1.
