Fitness has been a way of life for Rich Pollock. Since his earliest days. Starting as a self-styled fitness fanatic, Rich soon moved on to help others. To better instruct others, he advanced his education and earned numerous designations including a Personal Training Certification, Advanced Personal Training Certificate and Biomechanics Certification from the Cooper Institute of Dallas, Texas. Rich has continued his education, broadened his base of expertise and kept current by completing workshops in such areas as Active Aging, Senior Fitness Specialist, Rehabilitation Specialist and Master Fitness. Rich is continually learning and evolving in the fields of Exercise Science, Nutrition, Biomechanics, and posture correction thereby enabling him to apply multiple techniques and methods toward bettering the fitness of his clientele. He is committed to motivating and teaching people that a good workout can be fun as well as help them feel great! When his clients become addicted to health and fitness he has done his job. Rich’s years of experience in the fitness industry has enabled him to work with a variety of clients ranging from a twelve year old to a ninety two year old.
