ROTTERDAM'S CREW IS WONDERFUL

ROTTERDAM IS AN EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE SHIP. CABINS ARE LARGE. THE LIBRARY IS ONE OF THE MOST EXTENSIVE AT SEA AND THE FOOD IS GOOD OVERALL. HOLLAND AMERICA TRIES TO PLEASE. THE PROFESSIONAL ENTERTAINMENT AND THE NIGHTLY MOVIES PROVIDE NICE DIVERSIONS.

Crown Princess

Crown Princess is still special

Crown is a confortable ship with an excellent crew who go out of their way for passengers. For the price, cruises from Galveston are worth the price. Unfortunately, some cost cutting is evident especially with the quality of the beef in the restaurants. Overall, food is quite good and variety is excellent. Professional entertainment has also been cut back and ship needed additional entertainer.

CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT

FROM THE PURSERS OFFICE THROUGH THE ENTIRE CREW, WE ENJOYED THE SMILES AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH WE RECEIVED. FROM THE GREAT CABIN STEWARD THROUGH THE DIRECTOR OF PASSENGER SERVICES, WE WERE MET WITH CARING INTELLIGENT PEOPLE WHO FIXED PROBLEMS ASAP. WE HAVE BEEN ON MANY CRUISES AND OFTEN, THIS IS NOT THE CASE. FOOD WAS VERY GOOD OVERALL AND THE SABATINIS RESTAURANT WAS A STANDOUT. GETTING ONTO AND OFF THE SHIP WAS A BREEZE.
