FROM THE PURSERS OFFICE THROUGH THE ENTIRE CREW, WE ENJOYED THE SMILES AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH WE RECEIVED. FROM THE GREAT CABIN STEWARD THROUGH THE DIRECTOR OF PASSENGER SERVICES, WE WERE MET WITH CARING INTELLIGENT PEOPLE WHO FIXED PROBLEMS ASAP. WE HAVE BEEN ON MANY CRUISES AND OFTEN, THIS IS NOT THE CASE. FOOD WAS VERY GOOD OVERALL AND THE SABATINIS RESTAURANT WAS A STANDOUT. GETTING ONTO AND OFF THE SHIP WAS A BREEZE.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
CAPTAIN'S DINNER LOBSTER WAS THE BEST THAT WE HAVE HAD AT SEA. THE SABATINIS RESTAURANT HAS A NEW EXCELLENT MENU. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO SEE A VERY FAIR PRICED WINE LIST.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
ENTERTAINMENT WAS A LITTLE LIGHT WITH THREE PRODUCTION SHOWS AND THREE COMEDIANS. PRINCESS CAN DO MUCH BETTER IN THIS DEPT. ALSO FOR A HOLIDAY WEEK IN WHICH THE SHIP CARRIED MANY YOUNGSTERS, NO ACROBATS OR MAGICIANS OR JUGGLERS ETC.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
TOO MANY TO CITE FROM FRONT DESK TO CABIN TO DINING ROOM HEAD WAITER

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
DURING THE RECENT OVERHAUL, PRINCESS DID NOT UPGRADE THE STERLING STEAK HOUSE RESTAURANT- A MAJOR MISTAKE ON THE PART OF THE LINE

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
STATEROOM WITH BALCONY WAS A BIT SMALL. THE OVERHEAD NOISE FROM THE DECK ABOVE ALOHA DECK NEEDS TO BE DAMPENED BY CARPETING ETC.

Pros: THE ENTIRE CREW WAS WONDERFUL AND COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR THE PAX- WITH A SMILE

Cons: MEXICO

Recommends Sapphire Princess? Yes!
