My ending thoughts are to think about what you want out of a vacation. This was a crowded ship with poor service. If you try for the free drinks in the casino, you only get them while at a table or machine. You cannot walk to the bar and get one. The alcohol is not top shelf..very low inventory..ran out patrone the first day, no crown royal even…again, comparing to Royal Caribbean. 15 drinks per day and they don’t carry over. Seems like a lot, but it isn’t if it is a sea day and tou stay up late

The ship has upgrades in the rooms that are subtle but noticeable like usb ports, additional sockets to plug into. The bathroom door magnetically closes to minimize noise. Mason Jar’s bartenders are the best, unique and fun drinks. They even had a great country western band. Fills up fast, go early. The team in coastal kitchen was by far the best…Jimmy is Great

Got off the Harmony 4 days ago and we have now done all 3 Oasis classes in the last 18 months. Here are a few comments: Overall a great ship with an outstanding staff. The ship was similar to the Oasis and Allure but also had some differences. Not so great: No tequila bar on the boardwalk No Champaign or martini bar on the main deck No Michael Kors or Coach store Starbucks is outside and replaced the ice cream shop The passengers were kind of oddly rude There were a LOT of kids and people from other countries as compared to out last few cruises. The newly named Italian restaurant had a mediocre menu and food Why San Juan? Not enough time to do much and there are better ports close by Itinerary offerings in general for the Caribbean are stale Great stuff: Great casino layout Wonderland dinner was AMAZING Chops was crazy good with the best service we have ever had at one The food in the dining room was great. Short ribs and risotto were over the top Rooms had much better designs,,, the closet has been moved to be much more accessible and many more outlets The robot bartender was kinda cool Great Halloween party and decorations “special theme” Lots of parades and celebrations on the main deck 5 Great debarkation system, very smooth and not crowded Fantastic wait and bartender staff, very approachable and friendly I hope this helps, we are looking into our next trip on the Symphony
