I am writing this review in hopes of getting the remainder of my sister's ticket refunded. Her name was Ruth Strine;dob 07/29/1943; booking # 6L2VT2. She pasted away unexpectedly 10/02/2015. Please contact me by the e-mail attached to this account and I will send a copy of obit. or what ever you need. I need the money for her cremation for she had no life insurance.
