Carnival Inspiration

we are officially Cruiser lovers!

We just love Carnivals Inspiration. We had taken it once before and wanted to bring some friends and family to experience it with us on this trip. We were in a different dining room on this trip but is was also excellent. What I mean by excellent is not just really great food but the service and fun is really fantastic. On this trip we had my young grandson 1 1/2 yrs old and was so happy with the babysitters. We picked him up smiling away and my son was able to have some fun at night , enjoy some of the shows, dance a little, gamble a little knowing that his baby was being well taken care of. We had excellent room service in assisting us with things we needed for the baby as well.

Cruise tips

Calica, Mexico

Although i rate the prt as poor.It is hot and poorly organozed. Theya re in the process of building it up I think. I do however highly recommend going out and taking some excursions. We took a 45 minute cab ride to Yalku Lagoon in Akumal Bay . excellent snorkeling in calm waters. This private park has lovely stateus thrououth the park. Beautiful! Our next trip after meeeting a guide there, we plan to snorkel at dos ojos. If possible make prearrangements for a cab as there is little in calica port.

George Town, Grand Cayman

Wyhen you get off the ferry to grand cauman walk towards your right...a short way down is a snorkeling and scuba gear store and rental. For a few dollars in rentals (even less if you bring your own fins and masks) simply walk down ladder and snorkel to your hearts content. On this trip we even saw an octopus change colors from purple to tan as camoflouge.
