Freestyle cruising does not allow the personal relationship to develop between dining staff and passenger. Dining staff was poorly trained and sometimes rude. Dining room staff could not anticipate diners' needs due to lack of scheduled seating times. Food is bland,and lacks variety and imagination. Forget about the scrumptious desserts and gala buffets,I have had better dining experiences at mall cafeterias.
