Our family including 2 children and 2 seniors hoped to have a Thanksgiving vacation on the Cruise. We followed their instruction on the boarding location which cost us additional $600+ but they still denied our boarding. We had a horrible experience with them. We followed their instruction over the phone, but they just didn't keep what they told us on the phone. How come a big company like Carnival can do whatever they want to their customers without any responsibility.
