The Concierge Lounge does not admit Diamond Plus on this ship. it is for Suite guests and Pinnacle members and is large and underused so until you pay big bucks for a Suite you are not welcome even with 600+ points and in a Junior Suite.This Suite Lounge is a bad idea by RCL
