Ship too small for us
Took cruise to be with family and friends knowing we like larger ships. Being small the service was good. Entertainment in theater was good and always able to find seat. The quality of food was horrible steaks paper thin and full of fat disgusting. Ate in speciality restaurants 3x because there were no choices in MDR.

My Experience on the Joy
We loved this cruise and had great time. We haven't cruised since the start of covid and it's seem there are many cut backs on the ship especially in diningrooms and shopping but wouldn't deter us from booking NCL again

Jade is a beautiful ship very well kept. Enjoyed 10 days aboard would definitely sail her again.
Entertainment was excellent we went to theater every night for show and enjoyed everyone of them.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Never had to wait for a drink at any of bars or lounges.
Food was good never a long wait and always arrived hot. Specialty restaurant never a problem getting a table without a reservations.

Norwegian Jade

Vision of the Seas
If you prefer larger ships this one not for you. And if you don't like your dinner in MDR then your out of luck because no where else to eat unless you can get a reservation at specialty restaurants
Mardi Gras
Take stairs if you can elevators a joke. Many times we would wait 10 minutes for elevator then people would rush ahead of you and then you would have to wait for another one. We took stairs as much as we could unless it was 5 floors up.
Norwegian Joy
Book all entertainment and activities on first day.
Took a bus tour it was very organised. Driver was extremely knowledgeable of island and pleasant to talk to and answer questions. Island is beautiful and we never felt unsafe at anytime. Tour ended a private beach with small outdoor restaurant and bar. Lounges plentiful to rent for small fee.
Just stayed in port area and did some shopping. Plan was to spend some time at Margaritaville but sadly didn't pool and lounges were very dirty whole place looked very run down and unkempt. Spent rest of day at ships pool.
