beware of hidden costs on board
. overcrowded dining areas
. could only make reservations in pay as you go restaurants
. food items on second part of menus required an additional charge
. only 1 beverage specials....beer...buy 5 and get 1 free...delivered all at the same time...wine was $7.15 glass
. gratuity was included in beverages but there was an additional space with the word "tip" and line to add extra $
. room service orders could be up to 30 min. late and usually fooled up...ie. milk came but not the cereal ordered etc.
. overall poor communication with reception...incorrect wake up calls, difficulty understanding language by telephone operator
