A big no - bad food and service
I was most struck by the lack of staff's knowledge - about everything - where things were on the ship, the local time at the port, what dining options were available, where a movie was shown. The spa lost my sign and sail card. No apology whatsoever from guest services. The staff acted like they are tortured by your questions - no matter how kindly you ask. It's like you're inconveniencing them. I got to the point where I would just ask a fellow passenger. They were better informed and far friendlier.
