crash course needed in customer service
here's a summary:
1 - good shows in the evening
2 - average entertainment
3 - customer service is non-existent
4 - dining is terrible
5 - stateroom is standard
6 - very good cameramen and women.
7 - maitre'de should be in charge of TSA (perhaps he was head waiter of Guantano Bay)
8 - dining room wait staff is confused
9 - we have experienced 5 different cruise companies, and MSC has to rank last by a large margin.
