We have been on two cruises before so we have some level of comparison. We found this ship to be too big and consequently, too crowded. My wife felt claustrophobic. You were always tripping on someone, or someone was tripping on you. The food was bland at best, and the restaurants that you had to pay extra for were not any better. There was not a standard show each night or set seatings for dinner so you were left on your own. It got boring. The internet service was a joke. You pay for a service that you can't use hardly ever. The cruise we were on was at capacity, but apparently the ship does not run well at capacity (e.g., internet bandwidth).
