long lines & not enough towels
We had a great time on our cruise this spring break!
The food, service, staff, facilities, entertainment >> top!
There are only two things we can complain about:
1. are the long lines to board & disembark. It took us over 2 hours both ways. That is too long, especially with children & elderly passengers.
2. when disembarking on Labadee, there were NO towels. After waiting in a corridor on level 2 for almost 30 minutes, we left without any. That should not happen!
