Different than last time, but fun none-the-less.
The last time I was on a Carnival Cruise was eight years ago. Overall the experience was great, however Carnival has eliminated the midnight buffet and Galleria Buffet offerings, both of which I was looking forward to.
Cruise tips
Around the beach is very expensive, however if you are willing to venture a block or two off the beach, you will find prices more in line with what you woudl expect when visiting Mexico.
Very expensive, the shop prices were what you would expect to find in America.
Carnival Liberty
Carnival no longer allows bottled beverages to be brought on board, however canned beverages are allowed. If you want to take water, make sure you bring canned water and not bottled water.
