December 2014 - 7 Night Western Caribbean (New Orleans Roundtrip) Cruise on Carnival Dream

Carnival Dream
Sail date: December 21, 2014
Had friends not like Carnival, but this being our fourth cruise and first on Carnival we will be back everything was great. They complained about the crowds, etc but really never saw it especially when comparing to other cruises. Only problem was we were cruising with 15 in our group and two different people called to clarify we would be at same table for dinner at night. Didn't happen. Had to set up again on ship, and even then on second night best they could do from then on out was eleven of us at a table for ten, and four six tables away. Kind of a downer because we all like to enjoy together at dinner.

Weather was poor for hanging on ship so we spent the day seeing NOLA and got on at 2:30
Carnival Dream
We did and saw lots of other families, groups setting up camp if you would in same location each day on ship, that way we could watch activities around pool, go to other activities, sunbathe from there, etc. Even met there the morning we were leaving the ship.
