first of all, when we got on the boat, we went to the main bar on deck 2 to purchase the cheers program. no one would help us. we had to ask bar tender for help and then he acted like he was being inconvenienced. he then told us we couldn't order anything until after the muster drill. day 2 we had a good day until dinner. the person at the entrance of the dining area was rude. day 3 most of the bars ran out of our favorite beer and most of the bar tenders would walk away from us when we were deciding on another brand of beer. also the front swimming pool and hot tub were out of order for the entire trip. the pizza bar was very disorganized. over all we were very disappointed . most of the crew acted like they didn't want us there. shining points were our room attendant, Leon, who was doing all the trivia games, the people in the piano bar, and the weather. other than that, very poor experience.
