I found the Eurodam to be an excellent ship. The staff really goes out of their way to make you comfortable and feel welcome.
Had some difficulty with one of the shore excursions, but otherwise excursions are nice and guides were good. Prices for Norway excursions are ridiculously high- be prepared.
Cruise tips
do not take the "Old and New" excursion if you are there on Sunday. You cannot get into the very old church to see the paintings. Walk through town was a waste and not enough time spent at "open air museum"
spend a day or two in this lovely city and take the canal cruise
ice bar is a cute idea
