Though our Cruise was booked through and went well. Our Shore Excursion through Shore Excursion Group was devastating.  We saved for 4 years to go on a Honeymoon to Cozumel.  The highlight of our trip was supposed to be( the sail and snorkel trip) the best experience of our life.  When time came to go on the excursion, we happily waited in line for an hour just to find out passenger services didn't have us listed. So sadly we went to the dock to see who was to take us to the excursion. No one knew what we were talking about.  To our dismay, when we returned home we were given excuses about having to print out from home the itinerary. We never knew and we even paid $25.00 expedite charge so nothing went wrong.  Still no refund but our bank is doing a fraud investigation. We should get reimbursed but it shouldn't have been this  troublesome.  They "SEG " are not affiliated with any Cruise line. Do not throw your money away. Please Share!
