Nice ship, good itinerary, but 6 days is just too short.
February 2016 - 7 Night Western Caribbean (Galveston Roundtrip) Cruise on Liberty of the Seas
Great experience!
This was our first experience cruising from Galveston. The shopping area next to the port was awesome and a great way to kill time while we waited to board ship. Liberty did not disappoint. Ship was beautiful and the crew was awesome. The weather didn't cooperate the first couple of days (cloudy/windy) and the ship seemed to move more than others we've been on but we managed. We realize that RC cannot control the weather though the captain did reroute to avoid a storm. Our stateroom was great. The food on board didn't "wow" us as it has in prior cruises. The exception was two dinners at Chop's. The first was so good we decided to return. Sabor was a disappointment with the exception of the margaritas and guacamole. We dined at this restaurant on Oasis of the Sea and we very impressed but the reinterpretation for Liberty didn't quite make it. The dinning service was very good at all the food venues.
March 2015 - 7 Night Western Caribbean (Ft. Lauderdale Roundtrip) Cruise on Oasis of the Seas
Wow, what a ship!
My family of four just returned from a 7 nt. cruise on Oasis during the week of spring break. The ship is HUGE with tons of different stuff to do. The entertainment was the best of any cruise we've been on. The ship was beautiful. The staff was excellent! Very friendly and committed to making sure you had a great trip. My only criticisms were that there we so many kids on the ship that all the kid-related activities were difficult to access. I know that much of this is due to when we cruised. We would definitely cruise on this RC ship again!

Cruise tips
Rented a jeep and drove around the island stopping at several bars and sights. Just LOVE Cozumel!
Shopping was good but no beach, no local flavor. Felt like a private island experience.
Took a public bus to 7 mile beach. Very crowded. We should have looked at other options.
Freedom of the Seas
Do it!
Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)
Beach is really rocky making it difficult to access the water. Plan an excursion or activity.
Oasis of the Seas
Book the on board shows you want to attend as soon as you can. You don't automatically receive tickets.
